Product Changes

We would like to take this opportunity to make all our customers aware of a number of product discrepancies that have arisen. Three popular bathroom items have been delivered to us in the wrong paint colour, coming into us in black rather than cream painted. Please see details below for the items affected and their corresponding new product codes:

We have already brought this to the attention of our supplier and replacements are on the way, however as always these will take some time to arrive. In the meantime why not try one of each of the black ones – you never know they may just be what your customers are looking for…

New Photo Frames Delivery

Yet another container of the collage photo frames has just been delivered. These have got to be one of our most popular items and indeed 4 lines have immediately sold out. Do not panic though, another container is being packed as I write and is due to set sail very soon, to arrive with us around the beginning of November.

New delivery of wire and metalware

Just a brief note to say we have had the first of two containers delivered to us this week.

The first is full of wire and metalware which has arrived today containing amongst other things wine bottle holders, heart noticeboards (in pink, red and cream) and coathooks.

Tomorrow we take delivery of photo frames and photo boxes.

Autumn Fair 2009

After careful consideration we have decided not to exhibit at the Autumn Fair this year.

We felt in the current economic climate that the considerable expense involved in exhibiting could be spent more effectively elsewhere.

As a result we are offering 5% off all orders placed via our website during and just after the show period.

Updated delivery information

We have updated our delivery information. We have tried to clarify how we charge for deliveries and to make it easier to see what order value you would need to place to qualify for free delivery. Click to go to our -> delivery information page, find your postcode area (if you are from the UK) and the details for carriage paid order values and delivery charges can be found underneath. Charges and carriage paid order values for other areas are detailed further down the page.

New range of photo albums

Also on our latest container were a great new range of photo albums and keepsake boxes. These were very popular at the Spring Fair and we have a lot of pre-orders for them. These will be going out very soon and I’m sure will prove to be a great seller in the coming months.
